Connect Your Own Supabase

Your collection. Your storage.

Caliber Keep remains Hugo's app, but your firearm records, ammunition records and photos can live in your own Supabase project. Your data will not use Hugo's Supabase storage.

Create a free Supabase account and project

Open Supabase, create an account, then choose New project. A simple project name such as Caliber Keep is fine.

Initialize Caliber Keep

In the new project open SQL Editor → New query. Copy the setup code below, paste it into Supabase and press Run.

Copy your connection information

In Supabase use the project's Connect dialog or Settings → API Keys. Caliber Keep needs only the Project URL and Publishable key.

Never paste a Secret key or service_role key into Caliber Keep.

Test and connect

Caliber Keep will verify the project, schema and private Storage buckets before saving the connection on this device.

Create your Caliber Keep login

After Caliber Keep reloads, tap Create Account on the sign-in screen. That login is created inside your own Supabase project. If Supabase asks you to confirm your email, complete that confirmation and then sign in.

On another phone or computer, connect the same Project URL + Publishable key once, then sign in with the same Caliber Keep account.

Important: switching storage does not move or delete an existing collection. Each Supabase project remains separate.
